Evaled™ RV series: advanced technology in industrial wastewater treatment, offering two innovative ranges: the RV N and RV F series, processing up to 120 cubic meters of distillate daily.
Overview
Wastewater treatment using mechanical vapor recompression evaporators
The RV series stands as Evaled's high-capacity solution, capable of processing up to 120 cubic meters (m3) of distillate daily. This makes it ideal for handling large volumes of waste prone to fouling, precipitation and crystal formation. Operating at 7-9 kilopascal (kPa) and 80-90°C (176-194°F), these units excel in treating reverse osmosis concentrate and facilitating by-product recovery.
RV N series: compact efficiency for oily wastewater
Tailored for the mechanical and surface treatments sectors, the RV N series tackles oily wastewater with ease. These modular, skid-mounted units boast a plug-and-play system, ensuring easy installation and operation. With a daily capacity of 6,000 liters, it is perfect for smaller-scale operations focusing on oil emulsion treatment and water reuse.
RV F series: high-volume industrial water treatment
The RV F series takes industrial water treatment to the next level, handling 10,000 to 120,000 liters of distillate per day. Operating at 70 kPa and 90°C (194°F), these units cater to diverse industries including mechanical, automotive, galvanic treatments and waste disposal. Their ability to process large volumes makes them crucial in extensive recycling processes and wastewater recovery initiatives.

Key benefits of Evaled RV series
The RV series offers PLC-controlled (programmable logic controller) evaporation processes, minimizing operator intervention. The RV N series is ideal for compact, oily wastewater applications, while the RV F series suits high-volume, diverse industrial settings. Selection depends on specific industry needs, wastewater volume and contaminant types.
These evaporators provide low energy consumption, reducing operational costs and ensuring quick return on investment (ROI). They promote water reuse and zero liquid discharge, supporting sustainable industrial practices and environmental conservation.

Case Studies

The client, a world’s leading lithium minerals concentrate producer, supplys essential elements for the clean energy revolution. It owns a site comprising a number of open cut mining pits for spodumene (lithium mineral) and leading-edge lithium concentrate production facilities.
Without the possibility to discharge any lithium into groundwater, the client aimed to reach zero liquid discharge (ZLD) for the treatment of wastewater coming from the mining process.
We helped our client by implementing a ZLD solution for battery recycling wastewater treatment, enabling water reuse and salt recovery as a sellable by-product.

A Dutch global leader in the discovery, development, manufacture and sale of veterinary medicines. It offers its customers one of the industry's broadest, most innovative portfolios, spanning products to support performance and to prevent, treat and control disease in all major farm and companion animal species.
Dealing with large quantities of polluted wastewater, our client looked for an effective solution for the treatment for active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) contaminated wastewater treatment.
Our evaporation solutions ensure our client achieves reduced disposal costs while meeting environmental standards and discharge limits for active pharmaceutical ingredients.

One of the leading companies in the management of dangerous automotive and lead waste, is currently dealing with over 3,000,000 battery units and producing over 40,000 tons of lead every year.
The customer aimed at treating the liquid waste coming from battery recycling to recover the sodium sulfate (NaSO4 salt) and to reuse the water, with reduction in costs of the traditional treatment.
Thanks to our evaporation solutions we were able to implement a ZLD system for mining wastewater, achieving zero lithium discharge to groundwater.
