PC R series: versatile solution for high-content wastewater
Operating under vacuum at 30°C (86°F), PC R series features a conical jacket with internal scrapers, making it ideal for high-content and pre-concentrated wastewater. With a capacity of 150-2,000 liters per day, it's perfect for small-scale operations in industries such as painting, coating, inks, landfills, graphic arts, chemical and galvanic. Its versatility extends to aggressive waste treatment, thanks to various alloy options.
PC F series: combating scaling and corrosion
The PC F series employs forced circulation and an external shell and tube heat exchanger, operating under high vacuum at 35°C (95°F). This innovative design effectively addresses common issues like scaling, salting and corrosion while delivering superior distillate quality. It's particularly suited for mechanical, aluminum die-casting, landfill, graphic arts, galvanic, food and beverage, and chemical industries.

Case Studies

A leading automotive safety systems manufacturer needed to treat alkaline wastewater from their metallic parts washing process, which contained rust inhibitors. The disposal costs were significant and they sought an environmentally responsible solution.
We implemented an advanced PC F 1.4 evaporation system, constructed with AISI 316 material, requiring minimal space (1.62 square meters (sqm) allowing the process of alkaline washing water through controlled evaporation.
The solution achieved 100% water recovery and concentrated the waste by a factor of four, significantly reducing disposal costs. This circular approach eliminated wastewater discharge while enabling water reuse in the production process, demonstrating both environmental and economic benefits.

A global coffee roaster needed to reduce wastewater disposal costs at their Italian coffee capsule manufacturing sites while meeting strict local discharge requirements. To help our client tackle this challenge, our experts installed several evaporation systems (2 x PC F 1.4 and PC F 2.4) across two factories, with AISI 316 construction.
Thanks to this evaporation solution, the client achieved 93% water recovery, 15 times waste concentration, and significant cost reduction. Distillate now meets discharge standards and can be reused for cleaning. Future plans include using concentrate for biogas energy production.

A traditional Danish salt producer needed to increase productivity while preserving historical production methods. To help our client, we implemented a PC F 4 evaporator with UNS S32750 (super duplex stainless steel) construction, requiring only 3.2 sqm space.
Thanks to this solution, we are able to successfully concentrate seawater to optimal salt content for traditional crystallization, maintaining heritage while improving efficiency and achieving rapid return on investment.
