The Evaled™ AC series evaporators offer an advanced, cost-effective solution for water and wastewater treatment across diverse industries such as chemical, automotive and food and beverage. Featuring two models, F and R/S, with specialized heat transfer technologies, the AC series efficiently handles a wide range of wastewater types. Both models in the Evaled AC series are tailored to address specific industrial water treatment needs, ensuring optimal performance.

The AC F series is engineered with forced circulation technology, this model excels in minimizing fouling and scaling issues. It is the perfect choice for operations aiming to achieve high concentration levels, especially when waste thermal energy and cold water are abundant on site. By leveraging these existing resources, model F offers an efficient solution for complex wastewater treatment needs.

The AC R/S series is designed with natural circulation and equipped with a specialized heat exchanger featuring scraped heating surfaces. R/S shines in specific scenarios: It is particularly adept at reducing concentrate volume to a minimum, making it ideal for treating wastewater with high initial concentrations of dissolved or suspended substances. Additionally, R/S excels in processing pre-concentrated wastewater, offering a versatile solution for challenging treatment requirements.

The Evaled AC series performs well in energy and resource optimization, featuring low electrical consumption (12-30 kilowatt hours per ton of distillate), waste heat utilization, and low operating temperatures (30-70°C / 86-158°F), 4-30 kilopascal (kPa). The system's operational flexibility allows for handling various wastewater types in both continuous and batch modes, with customizable capacity from 3,000 to 12,000 liters daily. It produces high-quality recyclable distillate and concentrated waste (more than 75% total solids), all managed through programmable logic controller (PLC-controlled) automated operation requiring minimal supervision. This versatile system is ideal for industries seeking to optimize their water treatment processes efficiently and sustainably, allowing them to achieve the zero liquid discharge  (ZLD) configuration.

We installed two DAF Idraflot IFS 7 units and two AC F 40 evaporators with UNS S32750 superduplex stainless steel.
